 * Home Access

      To perform our cleaning services efficiently and safely, the client agrees to provide access         to the property on the scheduled date and time.
      Clients may choose to be present during the cleaning or leave clear instructions for entry          (e.g., key, code, front desk).

      The Magic Touch is not responsible for delays or incomplete service if access to the home is        not provided at the agreed time.

 * Client Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and accessible environment for the cleaning team.

• Secure valuables or fragile items before service.

• Inform us in advance of any special needs or sensitive areas that require specific attention.

• Allow use of basic utilities such as electricity and water during the cleaning.

• Deliver service with professionalism, punctuality, and respect for the client’s property.

• Use safe and appropriate cleaning products, including eco-friendly options when requested.

• Notify the client if any unexpected issues or damages occur during the service.

• Respect the privacy and security of the home at all times.
